Check-in
The wristband opens the building. The card opens the door.
All guests must complete the building registration before arrival. Guests without registration and a wristband cannot enter.
Required building registration
All guests must complete the building’s security registration before arrival. Approximately 24 hours before check-in, you will receive a WhatsApp message with a registration link. Please complete the form for every guest staying in the apartment. Each guest must complete the form separately.
Only guests included in the reservation and registered with building security may enter. Please confirm your check-in and check-out arrangements before arrival.
Front desk, with the QR code
On arrival, registered guests must check in at the front desk and present the QR code received after registration. The building charges a required 18,000 COP wristband and registration fee per guest, paid directly at the front desk. No cash.
Wristband on, then the apartment
The wristband is required for building access and use of shared amenities, including the pool and common areas. Security cannot allow in guests who have not registered or do not have a wristband. Once everyone has registered and received their wristbands, we send the apartment entry instructions.
Lockbox at the apartment door
The access card is kept in a secure lockbox at the apartment door. You receive the lockbox instructions and code after building registration is complete. Do not share the lockbox code or access card with anyone who is not listed on the reservation.
What the wristband covers
You need the wristband to enter the building and use the pool and other shared areas: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop seating area, lobby, and elevators.
The fee is 18,000 COP per guest, paid at the front desk, not to the host. No cash.
The access card
Please return the access card to the lockbox whenever you leave, unless we give you different instructions. The cost to replace the key card is 250,000 COP. For this reason, leave the key card in the lockbox every time you leave the property.
At checkout, leave the card in the lockbox and check out at the front desk at 11 a.m.
Guest access
The apartment is private. The roof is shared.
You will have private access to the full apartment during your stay. This includes the bedroom, both bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, and apartment entry area.
You may also use the building’s shared amenities: the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop seating area, lobby, elevators, and parking space. Every guest needs a building access wristband.
Other details
- The apartment sleeps up to five people.
- Rodadero Beach is about two blocks away. Sand gets everywhere, so wash your feet after the beach before entering the building or apartment.
- A shirt or cover-up is required in shared areas.
- An exterior security camera is present.
