House manual
Welcome to Santa Marta and El Rodadero.
We hope you enjoy the beach, the views, and your stay in the apartment. Please read this before arrival and save it in case you need it later.
Before arrival
All guests must be registered with building security before arrival. Around 24 hours before check-in, the building will send a WhatsApp message with a registration link. Each guest must complete the form separately.
After completing the form, each guest will receive a QR code. Save the QR code on your phone. You will need to show it at the front desk when you arrive.
Please confirm your check-in and check-out arrangements before arrival. All guests must be registered according to building and local security requirements. Only registered guests may enter the building or use shared amenities.
Building entry
When you arrive, go to the front desk and show your QR code. The building requires an 18,000 COP fee per guest for the access wristband. This is paid directly at the front desk. No cash. The wristband is required to enter the building and use the pool and common areas.
Guests without registration and a wristband will not be allowed into the building. Once everyone has registered and received their wristbands, we will send the apartment entry instructions.
Apartment access
The apartment access card is kept in a secure lockbox at the apartment door. You will receive the lockbox instructions and code after the building registration is complete.
Please return the access card to the lockbox whenever you leave, unless we give you different instructions. Do not share the lockbox code or access card with anyone who is not listed on the reservation.
The cost to replace the key card is 250,000 COP. For this reason, it is suggested that every time you leave the property, you leave the key card in the lockbox. Keep doors locked whenever you leave the apartment.
