1. About this site

This website describes a private vacation rental apartment in El Rodadero, Santa Marta, Colombia. It is provided for information and reservation inquiries. Content may change as house rules, building requirements, or listing details are updated.

2. Inquiries are not a booking

Submitting the Book Now / contact form, messaging WhatsApp, or emailing the host is an inquiry only. A stay is confirmed only when the host accepts the reservation through the booking channel you use (for example Airbnb) and you complete any required payment and guest registration steps.

3. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep descriptions of the apartment, amenities, check-in process, and neighborhood accurate. Views, noise, and travel times can vary with weather, season, and local conditions. Access details such as Wi-Fi, lockbox codes, and the exact street address are shared after building registration and booking confirmation — not on this public site.

4. Fees

A one-time cleaning fee of 80,000 COP is added to the total for your stay. Building wristband fees and key-card replacement costs are separate and are described in the house guide and check-in pages.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests agree to follow the house guide, building rules, and quiet hours (12 am–6 am). Maximum occupancy is 5 registered guests. Every guest must complete building security registration and obtain a wristband before entry. Unregistered visitors are not permitted. Damage, loss of the access card, or violations of building rules may result in charges described in the house guide or your booking platform’s policies.

6. Building and third-party services

Shared amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, parking, lobby) are subject to building management rules and wristband requirements. The host is not responsible for building fees charged at the front desk (including the wristband fee), transit delays, taxi fares, or third-party platform terms.

7. Website use

You may browse this site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to considering a stay. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse contact channels for spam or fraud.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the host is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from travel plans made before a booking is confirmed. Your booking platform’s terms also apply once a reservation is made there.
